<span style="font-size:16px;">近期其中一宗最熱門的咖啡話題，我認爲是那破紀錄以天價成交的巴拿馬藝妓豆！ （注：是 Gesha，不是日本的 Geisha，不過但求順口，也不需作追究。 ）這款日曬豆爲極出名的 Hacienda la Esmeralda 莊園所種植，絕對是一款出色的豆，可是價錢已達到了一個只可遠觀的地步了，不過香港人是有福的，從 10 月份開始大家可以在指定 Coffee Academics 分店以用四百元就能喝到！</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">值不值真的是見仁見智，四百元算多不多，一餐飯輕易花你三、四百元，動輒過千元也算平常事。 但最近買了三包從加拿大多倫多帶回來多 Ana Sora Ethiopia Guji，也只花了五十七加元，兌換成港元四百元不到，以每杯需要大約十八克豆，我可以衝足足六十杯！ 而Ana Sora 是我最近喝得最寫意的咖啡！ 但想深一層，一般咖啡店的手衝也要五六七十元，四百元又變得可以離接受的範圍近一點點。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">我又想，一支出色的餐酒二、三千元也算平常，雖然我平常只喝三四百元左右，但也偶爾會喝一些精采的頂級酒。 以一杯 150ml 的咖啡計，五杯等如一瓶 750ml 酒的容量，四百元一杯咖啡等同飲用一支二千元的酒。 若這杯咖啡的表現等同這支酒的表現，那麼價錢也就變得合理吧！ 但是一杯咖啡的成敗不單靠豆的質素，咖啡師的表現也是十分重要，假若稍有差池，出來的效果會大打折扣，四百啡隨時成爲四十啡，那便白白浪費了那15克的豆！ 以天價買回來的豆，咖啡店會用多少豆來試衝出最理想的完成品？ 這些疑問有待一一解答，而筆者這一刻仍然舉棋不定，哈哈！ 說不定當筆者決定要試的時候已經只能望門輕嘆......</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">篇幅關係，只送上一杯 Ethiopia Ana Sora Heirloom Guji，經過幾次調整，用上 22g 豆，粗磨，攝氏 95 度，用上 v60，水蒸二十秒一轉衝到十份水。 結果尚算可以。 能夠在早上開工前喝上一杯，絕對是一大快事！</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">聞上去有活潑的紅莓和少許奶油，入口才是戲碼所在！！ 一浪接一浪的醇美甘香的黑茶徐徐湧入口腔，滑溜的掃着口腔每個角落。 隨着溫度下降，充滿着彈跳而輕盈的果酸在舌頭兩旁襯托着，餘韻歷久不散，十分鐘後那厚重甘香的茶感還揮之不去。 生活就是這樣簡單！</span></p>
