星巴克故意寫錯名字營銷
在星巴克買咖啡的時候，店員總會在杯子上寫上你的名字。這麼做想來是爲了防止拿錯杯子，還挺貼心的。但是……
往往你拿到杯子的時候就會發現名字寫錯了。
其實是Susie，而不是Soozee。
把“Kinzi”寫成“Lazy”，真的是很懶惰 !
而且無論你在哪，錯的概率都是一樣的 !
爲什麼每次都寫錯?
視頻中，上面這個小夥子很淡定地說，其實我們不是沒文化。每個人都知道Jessica怎麼拼。
但是如果我每次都故意寫錯，顧客就會產生這樣的反應：
首先感到很驚訝或是鬱悶。
然後，就會把這個令人髮指的錯誤拍下來，分享到社交網絡上。
感謝上帝，這樣的人還挺多。
於是，在很多網絡社區裏都能看到顧客發的吐槽照片。
後來，還出現了專門彙集吐槽照片的Tumblr賬號和Facebook頁面。
星巴克的陰謀
此時，才恍然大悟，星巴克玩的是一個巨大的陰謀：
已經非常接近了……
一位網友發了一張星巴克的咖啡杯，寫到：我想應該給我的女兒起名 Marbra，這樣每個聽到她名字的人，都會一臉迷惑的注視着她。「Marbra…… 有這個名字？」
爲什麼星巴克讓員工故意寫錯客戶的名字呢？按理來講，寫錯客戶的名字是一件非常不禮貌的事情，怎麼在星巴克卻變得如此猖獗？
事實上，這就是星巴克的高明之處——免費的市場營銷。

Michael Bublé 喜歡咖啡，然而星巴克故意將他的名字寫錯，Michael Bublé 的這一張自拍照爲星巴克做了一次免費的營銷：
它告訴 Michael Bublé 在 Facebook 和 Instagram 上的九百萬粉絲——Michael Bublé 喜歡喝咖啡，然而咖啡館遍地都是，他唯獨喜歡星巴克的咖啡。因而他的粉絲也追隨他的腳步，去星巴克和咖啡。
如果星巴克按部就班的寫對客人的名字，那麼 Michael Bublé 的九百萬粉絲也就不會看到這一帖子；星巴克也就失去了一次免費營銷的機會 。
從正常的角度來考慮，消費者是不會在自己的社交媒體上特意曬一杯咖啡，然而如果是寫錯了筆者的名字，筆者肯定會將其分享在社交媒體上，恨不得讓所有的人都知道。想必其他的消費者也是如此吧。
如果去掉寫錯的名字，剩下的是什麼？廣告！而且是免費、無窮無盡的廣告——專門的網站，還有成百上千的社交帖子。
星巴克的營銷團隊 : “ 謝謝大家爲我們做的廣告，但營銷真心不是我們寫錯名字的唯一目的。每天我差不多要做500杯咖啡，用這種方式跟你惡作劇一下，才能保持工作的熱情啊。”然後，我們一直都寫錯了，偶爾寫對幾次，顧客反而會很開心。"
