巴拿馬位於中美洲，因爲連接南北美洲，歷史上一直卻具有重要的戰略地位。以前美、法兩國就爭運河控制權，依家巴拿馬出產的瑰夏（Geisha）咖啡就成爲了商家必爭之豆，由2011年92.3美元一磅，到2014年107.86美元一磅，今年的公開拍賣價又創新高，生豆價格被搶至140美元一磅。</div>

由Boquete開車，繞過Volcán Baru火山往西走約1.5小時，我來到Best of Panama 2013最佳咖啡豆競賽第二名的Janson Coffee Farm。咖啡園中霧氣蒸騰，恍如仙境。</div>

Boquete 及 Volcán 同屬火山區，分別位於巴魯火山（Volcán Baru）的東西兩面，微氣候卻明顯不同，Volcán的陽光較充沛（系，雖然霧氣蒸騰，但煙雨悽迷程度已經比 Kotowa 的 Geisha Farm 低）。這裏豐富的火山土壤及微氣候，令小粒品種的瑰夏咖啡茁壯成長。加上天然山泉水洗滌處理過的咖啡，那種誘惑味蕾的果味與花香，非常特別！</div>

莊主Leif Janson帶我參觀他的咖啡園，Janson's Coffee 佔地很大，是 Volcán 區最大的咖啡園之一，由一塊啡田去另一塊啡田須要坐四驅車。</div>

咖啡樹非常翠綠健康，果子粒粒飽滿，可以想像成熟之後一定很美</div>

莊主Leif Janson帶我去飲咖啡， Janson的咖啡獲得 Best of Panama第二名是有原因的。</div>

身在海拔千三米以上喝咖啡，可能是全巴拿馬海拔最高的咖啡店！</div>
