無人機送貨服務，又開創一個全新領域，那就是熱咖啡也能外送到家！谷歌母公司旗下的新創事業，最近在澳大利亞首都堪培拉的郊區，進行了一項無人機外送實驗，民衆只要用手機點餐，就能在幾分鐘之內，在門口迎接自己的咖啡和餐點；不過這項受到全球關注的實驗，已經引發小鎮居民分裂，因爲反對派控訴，無人機在天上來來去去，不只造成噪音污染，還得擔心安全疑慮，以及隱私問題！</div>

無人機送貨不稀奇，但你或許沒看過，三分鐘就能把一杯熱咖啡，空運外送到家。</div>

咖啡店經理 戴維斯：“我很驚訝這能成真，說實在的，叫了咖啡三分鐘就能拿到，還挺搞笑的。”</div>

而這就是谷歌母公司Alphabet，旗下的新創事業Project Wing，最近在澳大利亞首都堪培拉的近郊，進行的無人機外送實驗。</div>

Wing現場營運經理 波丁強森：“我希望我們做出的實驗是，可以讓大家看到這一個，取代車子、讓道路更安全，並減少碳排放量的服務。”</div>

其實最近幾年，不少科技公司都對於用無人機送貨很感興趣，從2016年，由電商龍頭亞馬遜打頭陣，在英國完成了無人機首次商業試飛任務；緊接著隔年，大陸電商京東的無人機，也正式啓航。這次的實驗，可說是一個全新領域，因爲外送的品項有熱咖啡、熱餐點，還有一些五金零件和藥品等。</div>

看看這間咖啡店的店名，不是"espresso"而是"expresso"，因爲這間餐廳，原本就提供快速的得來速點餐，如今再跟谷歌合作，勇於嘗試更方便的無人機咖啡，雖然到目前爲止都還沒開始獲利，但是店家看到的是未來的科技潛力，還有慢慢累積起來的“無人機常客”。</div>

目前參與這項外送實驗的，除了這間咖啡店，還有另一間墨西哥餐廳，民衆只要拿起手機、開啓應用程式，就能點餐、叫咖啡。</div>

咖啡店經理 戴維斯：“我們收到訂單、製作咖啡、把它們裝在一起、打包好，再放到無人機上，從客人下單到拿到咖啡只要三分鐘。”</div>

接著無人機就會把餐點投遞到，使用者選擇的投放範圍，而這些無人機，完全靠自己飛行，不需要人力操控，因爲它們會根據顧客下單的地點，用GPS定位把貨送達；假使在飛行途中，偵測到任何意外狀況，無人機則會自行降落地面。</div>

究竟用無人機送貨有什麼好處？根據一份統計顯示，除了縮短送貨時間之外，用無人機取代卡車，也把能源消耗減少6%左右；另外，光是在堪培拉這個城市，一年就能省下約900萬美金的商業成本。雖然根據澳大利亞民航局，目前爲止，還沒有傳出跟這項實驗有關的事故，但是居民關心的除了安全問題，還有......</div>

當地甚至已經成立了一支反無人機團體，理由之一就是惱人的噪音，特別是週末，就是噪音最嚴重的時候，從早上八點開始就不得安寧，大約兩個半小時內，會有10趟無人機飛過。</div>

一場創新實驗，讓這個小社區受到全球的矚目，卻也已經把當地的居民，分裂成兩派，因爲爭議的除了噪音污染、安全疑慮之外，還有隱私問題。</div>

去年11月，這個反無人機團體就募集一份超過千人的連署，提交給當地的國會；不過，業者已經有新的計畫，那就是在今年春季移師到芬蘭，進行類似的無人機外送實驗。</div>
