	跟茶包類似，只是裏面包的是研磨好的咖啡粉，在咖啡包兩邊有硬質的紙質掛耳，可以直接掛在咖啡杯沿上。喝的時候先把咖啡杯用開水熱一下，再把咖啡掛包展開掛在咖啡杯沿上，然後用電水壺燒好的熱水衝之，咖啡液就會過濾到咖啡杯裏面，衝完就把萃取完的咖啡掛包扔掉，就可以喝咖啡了，非常方便!</p>

	2、掛耳式咖啡與速溶咖啡的區別是什麼?</p>
<p>
	掛耳式咖啡成份爲100%原豆研磨咖啡，無其他任何添加物，含有數百種有益健康的成分，可以抵抗肝受損、各種癌症、哮喘、心臟病和震顫性麻痹等。每天喝2&mdash;4杯咖啡是有益的。不喝咖啡的人比喝咖啡的人更有可能患這些疾病。美國咖啡研究所的研究結果顯示，咖啡含有抗癡呆物質，這種物質能減少有害物對身體的影響，有助於防範一些疾病。</p>
<p>

	以新鮮烘培、持續保鮮爲主要的考量，經頂尖專業咖啡師精緻烘焙，採用日本新式掛耳濾泡袋，輕鬆萃取出風味奇佳的好咖啡。每包9左右，適合水量在150c.c時風味最佳，沖泡時先注入些許熱水讓在氮氣包裝中睡眠的咖啡粉甦醒過來，並靜置十秒鐘讓其發出咖啡的香味後再注入熱水至杯滿，如希望濃一些可將濾紙袋含咖啡浸在水中40~180秒</p>
