喝咖啡降低糖尿病風險</p>
<p>
“糖尿病”是一種血液中的葡萄糖容易堆積過多的疾病。國外給它的別名叫"沉默的殺手"(Silent Killer)，特別是"成人型糖尿病"，四十歲以上的中年人染患率特別高。一旦患上"糖尿病"，將減少壽命十年之多，可能發生的併發症遍及全身(百度百科)。</p>
<p>
30年前還在解決溫飽問題的中國，如今卻不得不爲國人“富貴病”纏身而頭疼不已：9200萬糖尿病患者，1.48億糖尿病前期患者。快速增長的糖尿病人，轉眼之間就將中國推向了世界第一，超越印度成爲全球糖尿病人最多的國家。中國糖尿病患病率的增長速度令人震驚(人民網)。</p>
<p>
咖啡雖然是全球第一大飲料，世界人口第一的中國人均咖啡消費量卻很小。據2011年8月刊《GlobalCoffeeReview》的數據，全球人均咖啡年消費量爲400杯，中國的人均咖啡年消費量低於5杯，但中國咖啡消費的年增長速度在25%左右。那麼，除了具有開智、醒腦，使人警醒之外，咖啡是否對健康有利呢?</p>

你想遠離糖尿病麼?每天喝四杯咖啡吧!</p>
<p>
歐洲的一個研究小組發現：與不喝咖啡或偶爾喝咖啡的人相比，每天適量飲用咖啡的人患2型糖尿病的風險要低。</p>
<p>
該研究稱，喝咖啡能將患糖尿病的風險降低30%，而且不會增加患心臟病或癌症風險。</p>
<p>
研究人員對自願參與一項名爲EPIC調查的42,659名人員，平均跟蹤了將近9年時間。在此期間，1,432名人員被發現患2型糖尿病，394名人員心臟病發作，310名人員出現中風，1,801人患癌症。</p>
<p>
調查結果顯示：與每天喝不到一杯咖啡的人相比，每天喝四杯以上咖啡(無論是否含咖啡因)的人患慢性病的幾率低。適量飲用咖啡的人患2型糖尿病的幾率降低20~30%。該研究結果公佈在《美國臨牀營養學報》(American Journal of Clinical Nutrition)上。</p>
<p>
總共十個國家參與該研究項目，德國負責最後的歸納分析結果。</p>
<p>
英國咖啡協會的Euan Paul說：“這項研究爲我們提供了日益增多的數據資料：適量飲用咖啡，每天4到5杯，是安全的，而且不會增加患慢性疾病的風險。”</p>
