羊城晚報順德訊 記者盧凱陽報道：女僕咖啡廳將現身順德容桂容山中學附近，一條招聘兼職女僕的微博悄然成爲順德市民近期熱議的話題。“學生兼職”、“會耍萌優先”、“晚上六點後”等成爲了這條招聘微博的熱點詞。<br />
3月5日，羊城晚報記者見到了女僕咖啡廳的合夥人，表兄弟兩人均是容桂本地人，在他們眼中，女僕其實是一種文化，目的是讓顧客能夠感受到家的感覺。<br />
中學旁開女僕咖啡廳<br />
容桂女僕咖啡廳的招聘廣告始發於2月27日，@夢社-Sean_S蔥神在自己的官方微博中提到：“容山中學附近女僕咖啡廳招聘女僕，有意者請私聊我，要求五官端正，不怕穿女僕裝，會服侍人、會耍萌者優先，學生可以兼職，兼職工作時間：週一、週五晚上6點到11點、週末晚上10點到5點左右(看情況)。”微博中還附有一張年輕女子穿着女僕裝在餐廳前迎客的圖片，女僕裙裝、黑絲襪令人浮想聯翩。<br />
這則信息吸引了網友的關注和熱議，網友“MC茄茄”直接發問：學校附近居然有間“重口味”？稱對這種形式的店鋪很難理解。<br />
截至發稿，該微博已被轉發600多次，有網友呼朋同去，也有一些網友則提出疑問：“裙子有多長？大一的可以嗎？會很露的嗎？”<br />
店主稱是種動漫文化<br />
合夥人是表兄弟，表弟阿浩是日本動漫的“死忠”，從小就喜歡動漫，大學期間還開過一家出售日本動漫產品的淘寶店。兩兄弟碰到一起就產生了開動漫專題咖啡廳的想法。目前餐廳還在裝修中，想先招人，這纔有了後來的招聘微博。<br />
“微博能這麼火，我也沒想到。”阿浩在接受採訪時並未迴避網友的質疑，“女僕文化實際上是日本動漫中cosplay的一種，在中國還是新鮮事物，不少人會把這和‘色情’二字聯想在一起，但其實這只是一種讓顧客到店中能夠感受到家的溫馨的形式”。<br />
阿浩說，中國現有的女僕咖啡廳大多是沿襲日本的模式，服務員除了穿着女僕服裝，做日常服務工作之外，還要會聊天，會賣萌，讓顧客感受到“主人”般的感覺。<br />
女僕將有專車送回家<br />
阿浩說，真正理解女僕文化的人不會把它看成是卑微的職業，都知道這個職業有嚴格的管理。他稱，在廣州的女僕店，未經女僕本人同意是不允許顧客和女僕合影、交換聯繫方式的，顧客不得騷擾女僕，也不能在店外等女僕下班。爲了保障女僕安全，阿浩還計劃在開業之後，派專車送服務員下班，“畢竟多數是學生，安全很重要”。<br />
而微博上提到的入夜還要工作的情況，阿浩則笑稱那是筆誤，也沒辦法修改，“我們計劃正常的工作時間是中午12點到晚上9點”。<br />
“@夢社-聰明的安妮”這個週末準備去面試兼職做女僕，她說她之前也在順德辦過cosplay的展覽，她告訴記者，如果是真的喜歡動漫的話，都會想去應聘，“這其實也是動漫產業的一部分”。<br />
阿亮負責店面設計和經營，據其透露，這週末將有十幾名應聘者過來面試。開業後咖啡廳最多能容納近40人，週一至週五需要2到3名女僕，週末爲3至4名。預計最早4月份能夠開業。<br />
學校稱將會保持關注<br />
據阿亮介紹，即將開業的咖啡廳選址於容桂書院路，路的一端是咖啡廳，另一端即是容山中學偏門。由於這條路聚集了大量小喫和果飲店，放學時間會聚集很多學生。記者看到，咖啡廳目前仍大門緊鎖，還在進行內部裝修。<br />
記者5日在校門口隨機採訪了部分學生，均對將開女僕咖啡廳的情況表示並不知情，但得知後也有學生考慮可在課餘時間去做份兼職。<br />
就此，記者採訪了容山中學校長吳劍平，吳表示：“沒聽說過這件事，對具體情況不瞭解。”吳校長介紹，如果真的開在學校旁邊，有學生去兼職，學校並不干涉，只要是正當合法的行爲，學校不會干涉學生的個人行爲。<br />
“女僕店是新事物，如果沒有不良內容，也算是一種新的文化，學生去體驗一下，也沒什麼不好。”吳校長稱，不過，現在孩子大多比較單純，社會又很複雜，因此這種新事物會不會帶來負面影響很難說。如果這家店真開起來，學校也要保持一定關注。</p>
