<p>
奶壺選購</p>
<p>
市面上的奶壺種類很多,選購時可以參考以下幾點</p>
<p>
大小─常見的有300ml、350ml、600ml,再大一點也有,但一般不需要。</p>
<p>
壺身形狀─一般的都是下方比上方寬度一點點,但有一些中間闊上下窄,這種是不利於打奶泡的,建議用作裝飾。</p>
<p>
壺嘴溝槽─分長溝型及短溝型兩種,長溝能起彙集奶泡的作用,拉起來會比較易控制。</p>
<p>
壺嘴形狀─分尖圓闊窄,選圓而闊的,最好是壺嘴有一個外彎的,這樣的壺嘴會比較容易控制奶泡倒出的穩定性。</p>
<p>
握把─連結型和分離型,有圓的也有方的,每個人的手都不同,拿上手試試吧。</p>
<p>
但最重要的是先選定一個奶壺,多加練習,不要花心,奶壺一個就好了</p>

奶壺握法</p>
<p>
握住握把,大拇指要平放在握把上,用手腕晃動會比較靈活。</p>
<p>
有些人會以大拇指及食指握住壺頂,這種握法會比較難控制倒奶的穩定性,而且很難倒出平衡的圖案。</p>
